So, let’s just cut to the cheese and tell you more about our truckles, they are made on the farm by Farm Maid by a small team of artisan cheesemakers who use milk from their own cows and the knowledge and techniques handed down by the legendary milkmaid to create, not just different flavoured Cheddar cheeses like most other cheese truckle companies out there, but delightfully blended Mature and Oak Smoked Cheddar, Derby, Wensleydale and Double Gloucester cheeses too.
